Connectivity Options

In GCP, generally our most optimal connection is to operate within asia-southeast1-a Availability Zone. Please note, this may change at any given moment and without warning to another Availability Zone within asia-southeast1 for operational reasons. For AWS or GCP connectivity details, please contact your sales representative

TLS Certificates​

To connect using a REST client, add the relevant certificate to your trusted CA store so the client can validate the TLS connection:

Install the certificate appropriate for the environment you are connecting to (Production or Non-Production) into your client's trust store.
